Done over a four-week period, we will present a recommended brand strategy and mini-marketing plan for your brand or company. To do that, we will review "the fact base": existing research, competitive information, marketing plans, PR, and advertising as well as conduct interviews with key executives.
- One-day intensive brand strategy session
This is an opportunity to analyze and brainstorm and hone in on the "big idea" for your brand or company. To prepare, we will review in advance the "fact base" – existing research, marketing plans, advertising, competitive information and other documents. The goal at the end of the day is a clear-cut brand strategy that all the key players can get excited about that will differentiate the brand and ignite growth.
- One-day intensive media strategy session
Our philosophy is that today one's media strategy is as important or more important even than the creative content. (McLuhan was right, "the medium is the message." To prepare, we will review all advertising, PR and media plans as well as competitive media plans and tactics. The goal at the end of the day is to develop a number of new creative media tactics (including traditional and new media) that will engage the brand's core consumers. Members of the company's marketing department and media agencies are all part of the process.
